śrī-parīkṣid uvāca
tato maheśvaro mātas
trapāvanamitānanaḥ
nāradaṁ bhagavad-bhaktam
avadad vaiṣṇavāgraṇīḥ
TRANSLATION
Śrī Parīkṣit said: Dear mother, Lord Śiva was so embarrassed by hearing this that he lowered his face. Then that leader of the Vaiṣṇavas answered the great devotee Nārada.
