ei-mata vihare gaura lana bhakta-gana
raghunatha-milana ebe suna, bhakta-gana

TRANSLATION
The Lord thus enjoyed His life with His devotees. O devotees of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, now hear how Raghunatha dasa Gosvami met the Lord.

tanra sukha-hetu sange rahe dui jana
krsna-rasa-sloka-gite karena santvana

TRANSLATION
Two people — Ramananda Raya and Svarupa Damodara Gosvami — stayed with the Lord to pacify Him by reciting various verses about Krsna’s pastimes and by singing appropriate songs for His satisfaction.

nyasya svarupe vidadhe ‘ntar-angam
sri-krsna-caitanyam amum prapadye

TRANSLATION
With the ropes of His causeless mercy, Sri Krsna Caitanya Mahaprabhu employed a trick to deliver Raghunatha dasa Gosvami from the blind well of contemptible family life. He made Raghunatha dasa Gosvami one of His personal associates, placing him under the charge of Svarupa Damodara Gosvami. I offer my obeisances unto Him.

jiyaḍa-nṛsiṁhe kaila nṛsiṁha-stavana
pathe-pathe grāme-grāme nāma-pravartana
 

TRANSLATION
After visiting Kūrma-kṣetra, the Lord visited the South Indian temple of Jiyaḍa-nṛsiṁha and offered His prayers to Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva. On His way, He introduced the chanting of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra in every village.

tabe ta’ karilā prabhu dakṣiṇa gamana
kūrma-kṣetre kaila vāsudeva vimocana
 

TRANSLATION
After bestowing mercy upon Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya, the Lord started for southern India. When He came to Kūrma-kṣetra, He delivered a person named Vāsudeva.

sārvabhauma lañā gelā āpana-bhavana
tṛtīya prahare prabhura ha-ila cetana
 

TRANSLATION
After Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu saw Lord Jagannātha in the temple and fell down unconscious, Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya took Him to his home. The Lord remained unconscious until the afternoon, when He finally regained His consciousness.

kruddha hañā ekā gelā jagannātha dekhite
dekhiyā mūrcchita hañā paḍilā bhūmite
 

TRANSLATION
After His sannyāsa rod was broken by Nityānanda Prabhu, Caitanya Mahāprabhu apparently became very angry and left His company to travel alone to the Jagannātha temple. When Caitanya Mahāprabhu entered the Jagannātha temple and saw Lord Jagannātha, He immediately lost His senses and fell down on the ground.

TRANSLATION
At the house of Advaita Prabhu, He met His mother as well as all the devotees from Māyāpur. He adjusted everything and then went to Jagannātha Purī.
