bhavān svayam agatvā tu
yaṁ sandeśaṁ samarpya mām
prāhiṇot tena te sarve
babhūvur nihatā iva
TRANSLATION
But You never came. You sent me instead. And when they heard the message You had sent with me, they almost died from disappointment.
