nija-bhakti-rase ḍubi’ vaikuṇṭhera rāya
āpanā na jāne prabhu āpana-līlāya
TRANSLATION
As the Lord of Vaikuṇṭha drowned in the mellows of His own devotional service, He enacted the pastime of forgetting Himself.
